2025 was a standout year for M&I Cleaning & Waste Services, made possible by our dedicated team and the trust of our clients.
Post-Construction Cleaning in Sydney
We delivered large-scale post-construction cleaning projects across Sydney, including 50 apartments in Bondi Beach and 30 beachside apartments in Mona Vale, supporting Sydney's strong property growth and demand for housing.
Commercial Cleaning in Sydney
We also expanded our commercial cleaning services into highly regulated and compliance-driven environments, including childcare centres, dental clinics, and medical facilities. Our structured systems and trained team support high hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements—helping clients stay clean, safe, and compliant.
Medical Waste Collection
In 2025, we strengthened our medical waste collection services, with a dedicated team providing compliant sharps and clinical waste collection, removal, and disposal. We support dental and healthcare clients across Sydney with reliable, regulation-aligned waste solutions.
